Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage is giving away an elopement package with access to our venue for an elopement ceremony. The contest will begin on May 18, 2020 and end on May 26, 2020.

What exactly is an elopement?
A small, intimate and spontaneous wedding ceremony
During this time, elopements must include no more than 10 guests
How much does it cost?
$650 (plus sales tax), which includes access to the grounds for a 2-hour time period and assistance with coordination and logistics from our Events Team
Elopements also include a 1-year dual membership to The Hermitage
Where will my ceremony be?
While our entire property is available for ceremonies, our two most popular venues are the Garden and the Church.
No matter where you host your ceremony onsite, more than 1,100 acres of gorgeous photography backdrops are available to you.

Ceremony Locations
As First Lady of The Hermitage, Rachel Jackson enjoyed the garden and Hermitage Church most of all. The venues Rachel adored remain today as a symbol of the love and commitment between the two and offer a beautiful beginning for new couples.
The Garden
Elopement-style ceremonies are the perfect fit for some couples, and the Garden at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage is an ideal spot for the most aesthetically-minded couple.
Our Garden is in its peak during May and June, while we are offering discounted rates for elopements during this season.
For a limited time, our Master Gardener will gather flowers from our Garden for your bridal bouquet upon request.
The Hermitage Church
Love the idea of eloping but have always had your heart set on a church wedding? Andrew Jackson's Hermitage offers elopements in our historic church.
Original to the property, the Hermitage Church was constructed in 1823 by President Jackson as a gift to his wife, Rachel, and the surrounding community. For generations, the Hermitage Church has been a highly sought venue for couples who seek an intimate and historic site to share their vows.

Giveaway includes access to Andrew Jackson's Hermitage for one intimate wedding ceremony. Must be redeemed before September 2020. Elopements must host no more than 10 guests during a two-hour time period within our hours of operation. Rental includes a bridal room, golf cart transportation and coordination assistance from our Events Team. While this giveaway is not for an inclusive elopement, we are happy to recommend vendors to officiate, florals and photography. Giveaway is valued at $650.
