On May 4th, 2019, two sweetly paired individuals hosted one of the most unique and beautiful events that our Tulip Grove Mansion has seen. Much like their fate-filled love story of taking their own paths that worked their way back to one another in time, Beth and Clint’s wedding day was one of celebration and gathering with grateful hearts.
Beth spent her wedding day looking simply angelic in her three-quarter length sleeved dress, which has us dreaming of what bridal couture would have looked like during Jane Austen’s day.
Although originally their vision was an outdoor ceremony in the mansion’s front lawn, consistent rain was cause for them to move their ceremony under the beautiful clear framed reception tent. This kept their guests dry during the ceremony, and as a bonus, their stunning floral halo was able to be seen for both the ceremony and reception!
Richly inspired by the property’s vintage 1800s vibe, this couple had our gorgeous mansion staged with vintage furniture for a time period flare and to give guests somewhere comfy to sit during cocktail hour!
With a bridal party unlike any other, it was obvious that Beth and Clint have surrounded themselves with fun-loving and unique ladies and gents who offered them support all day as they said “I Do!”
The clear tent walls and ceiling allowed the natural beauty surrounding the mansion to be seen, even with the springy rain.
Distinctive decor filled with muted red and orange tones + sage colored greenery and gold accents throughout presented an understated motif that only this classic couple could create. Since their wedding date was May the Fourth, they added a few subtly placed Star Wars touches here and there to complete the look.
Who wouldn’t also love an eclectic collection of cakes?!
This dreamy day turned in to quite the party as the clouds dispersed and the moon came out with fun, upbeat music, dancing all around and good company to spare!
Of course, no “May the Fourth Be With You” wedding would be complete without a light saber exit!
This affair wouldn’t have been possible without some incredible vendors who made Beth’s wedding dreams come to life!
