This week we’re thinking back to October 2018 which brought all the whimsy, vintage, and natural tones you could imagine with Annmarie and Taylor’s dreamy indoor/outdoor ceremony and reception.
The hues of gold, blue, and deep burgundy proved a perfect combination for a fall Tennessee wedding here at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage.
The sound of soft strings echoed from the Hermitage Church windows as the couple said their vows with a unique and cultural ceremony featuring veil, cord, coin, and candle traditions.
After their pronouncement, the brand new Mr. and Mrs. took a minute to relish in the scenery surrounding the Hermitage Church, the Gardens, and the Hermitage Mansion for some gorgeous snapshots to remember the day by.
Ready to get the party started, Annmarie and Taylor jetted towards their reception in a circa-1954 vintage Chevrolet - a car as classy as they are!
Meanwhile as candles were lit and details came together at the Cabin by the Spring, a celebration of music and dance under lanterns and disco balls began complete with a trendy and cute cocktail trailer serving Annmarie and Taylor’s signature cocktail.
No entrance into a reception is complete without the bride and groom’s first dance. This time, done perfectly romantically under a clear tent strung with bulb lights and greenery, surrounded by their loved ones.
We are still fawning over this look of Annmarie’s vision in the Cabin by the Spring. She and Taylor hosted their dinner guests at elegant and beautifully put together farmhouse tables, complete with gold rimmed china and floral runners that wedding dreams are made of. The look also included some comfy lounge furniture for guests to relax on during the party.
The night concluded with grooving, grinning, and a glitter photo booth back drop as the guests got down on the dance floor and enjoyed time taking pictures with the bride and groom. It was a night never to forget!
Annmarie and Taylor sure do know how to throw a soiree of epic celebrations standing as one of our favorite fall weddings here at the Hermitage.
No wedding is complete without an incredible team of vendors to help bring it all together! Big shout outs to:
